i don't know if any people will be able to remember this game but it was about 10 years old racing game that was single player, multiplayer splitscreen and youcould race & i remember you could fire homing missles and fire them at other racers to get a advantage & power ups turbos, & leaving oil .. i also remember one of the maps being in the sea/ocean & you had to go around and at some point there was a huge green sea dragon that you past on the way to completing it.. but it just stands still i think anybody remember?? i will forever love the person you can help me remember it..
