Barb gearing halp!

Hi. Looking for any advice progressing through Inferno (only completed Act 1).
I'm not familiar with AH prices, not sure what's worth its price, what's not. Not sure what to buy next either.
Currently I've got 3,7m gold, here's my gear, stats unbuffed and skill setup.

I'd definitely get some more all resist, asap. Also get a higher tier shield, preferably with around 25ish% block Chance. But you want to get the Block Amount higher. I'd also change the neck, possibly to a blue one with 150+ Vitality, and about 55-60 all Resist. Should be able to get that for a reasonable price.

But yea, you need quite a bit more resist to get properly through Act II, but shouldn't be too hard to get, as you have a few pieces with none on it.

First thing I'd do is get a better shield! Ideally a Sacred Shield with 20% or more block chance (blocks 3.7-4.7k).

Secondly since you're going for a defensive spec, I found buying a Helm of Command (even a cheap one) helped a lot - another 8% block.

After that .. just try and get some more resist all, yours is somewhat low. There's some blue pants you can get with a ton of vitality and resist all, which are generally very cheap.
