Casting bar help!

When ever I cast a move, such as blizzard or evocation or any castable move, the bar shows up under my name plate, rather than in the center of my screen on the standard UI. I've reset my interface and removed all my addons and it still occurs, help?!

Right click on your unit frame, and then go through the options and deselect the correct option. (im not in-game at the moment so i can't give the exact steps)

rightclick your portrait -> Move Frame -> Cast bar underneath
