Mailbox recipient dropdown list issue

Hello all

Apologies if this is in the wrong place, or has been addressed previously.

On one of my characters, no dropdown list of suggested (or recent) recipients appears when I open the 'send mail' interface and begin typing a name. This makes life tricky, as one character I frequently send items to has an accent in its name, which makes manually typing in the name more problematic.

None of my other characters have this issue.

Is there a fix for this?

Is he on your friends list? If not add him to your friends list and he should appear in the dropdown list.
