Summer Olympics Skin ideas!

So seeing as how there were a plethora of new limited skins that came with the winter olympics of 2010; there must surely be more coming this summer.
So I was wondering if anyone here have any ideas of Summer Olympic theme skins.
One that I've been thinking of for a while is: Summer Anivia
Which would pretty much work the same as Frostfire Annie. Anivia's model and spells would change to have fiery elements; such as a Crystallize being a wall of fire and Glacial Storm becoming a fire storm. Also the chill affect would turn to a burn like effect, working the same as chill but just a different look.
The model would look something like this:

a Fencing skin for Fiora is fairly obvious ... still want it though

I also REALLY want a joke skin for her, wear she's dressed in stereotypical french clothes (blue and white striped Tshirt, Beret, string of onions) and uses a baguette instead of a sword I would buy it in SECONDS.

Only reason I would be against such a skin is because it would make a fire-based bird pretty much pointless. Sure it could have different spells, but do you think Riot would do that if you can just have fire skin for Anivia? I don't think so. Would be cool though!

I've wanted a flame Anivia skin since I learned who the champ was. Even more now that Riot has been releasing skin with new spell affects. Annie and Brand both have frost skins and they are fire mages, doesn't mean Riot won't release a frost mage (in fact Lissandra is highly anticipated as a champion, and she is a frost mage).

I also really don't see the need for a fire bird when we have Anivia filling the phoenix role so, FIRe ANIVIA WHERe!?
