The best gaming desktop I could build between 600-700?

I've had my computer now for about 5 years, and have been keeping it fairly up to date, but I have gotten to the point where I have so many things that I have to upgrade, that I am pretty much going to have to get a whole new computer.

Considerations: I consider myself more of a hardcore gamer and I am looking to be able to play higher end graphic games such as Tera with no fps issues, I will probably want to play other games like battlefield and crysis as well. I definitley want to be able to play wow max graphics as well.

I am looking for everything straight from the powersupply to the processor.

Note: I do not need any peripherals such as a monitor, moue or speakers or anything.

So again my question is; what is the best possible setup for 600-700 $ be with these considerations in mind be?
