When will 30% Base Resilience be added to the MoP Beta?

As the title says, anyone know when 30% base resilience will be added to the beta so the PvP'ers can test?

    Thanks

I can assure you that its not in place, and if it is, well, Mists of Pandaria will be the biggest flop in blizzards history

Hit a dummy then hit someone in pve gear if its not there the the dmg will stay the same. For me it goes down, The thing to remember is that the res from gear gets canceled out by pvp power so all there really is the base resilience.

If you look at the flat amount of pvp power and resilience, there's no 30% difference. It's also been said by a blue it's not added yet, a while ago.

And when you got no gear equipped you got 0 pvp power and resilience. Enough proof that its NYI.

Expertise says nothing about giving spell hit yet its giving spell hit tooltips mean nothing.

thats because expertise doesn't give spell hit....

casters don't need expertise what so ever melee (and hunters) hit chance + expertise is the exact same value as casters hit chance now.

Expertise does indeed give spell hit for the few melee classes that require capping spell hit. The characters sheet just doesn't show it.

It's not in the game yet. Because :

    1) If it was a flat 30% you'd see it in the stat window it wouldn't show as 0.
    2) If it was a 30% increase of your equipped resilience, then it would show more than the values you get from gear alone.

It's neither, therefor it's not implemented yet, you can go ahead denying, you're still wrong.

There is a lot of stuff in beta that is there but the tooltips aren't properly updated, don't assume that it isn't there just because the UI doesn't display it.

fair enough but thats totally different to the way you made it sound thats clearly about melee classes and specs that use some spell damage gain a benefit. the way it came across at first was spell casters requiring spell hit which isn't the case

    Expertise does give spell hit.

This way, enhance shamans will be able to get spell hit cap and expertise cap for the same rating costs as others by capping melee specials on hit and expertise. Atm they spend 1742 hit rating and 541 expertise rating for them, in MoP, everyone will spend the same budget.

edit: oops, typed too slow, sorry for saying what was already said.
