Moose rib, how to cook it?

So, I couldn't find a cooking subforum. -> I have a 0,7kg moose rib(frozen). Should I go for the 'alwaysbestaluminiumfoil' -way, Or try flame it on a grill?
As a moose 'bit' it really doesn't have any fat, so it's a lot drier than a piece of cow.
    Thoughts? Any good marinade suggestions?

Thaw-I'd grease it with some fat, like Bacon Grease and put it in a glass pan with a cup of water, cover the top with foil and slow cook it at.

    What about the Mooseknuckle?

    Boiling meat is a travesty.

Marinate the meat in something acidic for 6-8 hours. Grill it after that.

As for marinade.. Salt and acid are going to make it tender. So at the extreme end.. Salt and Lemon Juice will tenderize it. Of course you want flavour so consider that.
I've had success with a salt/herb mix and a cola for lean game meats. It's tough to actually pinpoint what flavour you're going for.

Pro-Tip: I'm not joking or pushing a meme here, but wrapping lean meat in bacon makes it tender and juicy.

I dont think there is anything wrong with boiling meat for an hour or two before doing a nice slow smoking cook to it.
