8/8H Warlock LF Guild with ambition

Hi there I'm an 8/8H Warlock LF a guild who desires to be a top 100 US guild and know what it takes to get there. Currently in a guild that has fallen apart, but my raiding schedule is relatively open. Preferable a 4 day guild (during progression obviously) 8-12 est is desirable, but I can be flexible.

Veritas (Latin for “Truth”) is recruiting for a core position on one of our two 10 man raiding teams. We are currently 8/8 Heroic in 10 man on both of our teams. We have been killing Heroic Deathwing since May 18th! We are also ranked 3rd on our server horde side and 4th overall and believe we have a good shot at some server 1sts during MoP!

On July 10th, we will go to 25 Man DS and will run 25 Man raids throughout MoP.

About us: We offer a mature raiding environment with a laid back atmosphere while still consistently pushing for progression. Having been one of the first guilds formed on our server, we also sport a long history on Velen. Since BC, Veritas has been a progressive guild with steadfast raiders who are determined to conquer the current content as quickly as possible.

Raid Schedule: Tue/Wed/Thur. Raid Times are: 6:00 Server – 9:00 Server. With invites going out at 5:45 Server (server is on Pacific Time)

Our Server: Velen is a medium population PVE server with slightly more Alliance than horde (60/40). The economy is strong and AH prices are quite reasonable. Our server population is approximately 7k horde and 8k alliance, we are not a dead server.

Loot System: For 25 mans, we will be utilizing an EP/GP loot system with everyone starting out on an even playing field with the release of MoP. Until then, the 10 mans will be Free Roll on MS, then OS.

*We do a trial period for new recruits, during this trial they may roll on loot but it will be rewarded to full members first. Once you have proven your ability to attend raids on time and be an asset to the team you will be promoted to full “raider” status. You will likely still receive many upgrades as a “trial” depending on your gear needs as many of the full members have all the loot they need from DS.

Expectations of All Raiders: Must have an exceptional understanding of your class. Flawless attendance; raiding must be a priority to you. Correct gemming, glyphing, speccing and reforging. We also require that your main raiding toon have leveled professions that are not gathering professions. Good internet and computer, especially since we will be running 25s.

Hey there I didn't think Exo was falling apart! But I have noticed a few of the originals leaving after Jab quit. I use to raid with Exo to during Wrath and right before FL came out. In that guild we progressed quickly and achieved early kills which is what I find the game is all about. I know they're not at that level anymore especially with so many people leaving now. I had to quit for a while myself but when I came back I had to search for a guild with the same mindset and ability to achieve that. I found that here in Semantics. When MOP hits I can see us getting even earlier kills. The leadership here is amazing, plus they aren't filled with rage while raiding. Well anyway, here's the guild spam. What we want in you:

* Solid knowledge of class, mechanics, and game.

* Applicants should be prepared to start raiding immediately upon joining.

* As we are a high-end raiding guild, applicants should be geared and prepared enough to compete at a high level. Experience with achievements/hard mode encounters in current (and older content, where applicable) is a must.

* Ability to attend all raid days on a regular basis, with no major recurring conflicts. We don't recruit for the bench. We keep a small roster and need people who can keep 90%+ attendance.

* Mumble, and a working mic. Listening and speaking (at least to convey time-sensitive raid information) are both required.

* A good attitude towards raiding and other players. Members are expected to bring their "A game" to raids every night, not take excessive AFKs, follow instructions, and so on.

* A focus on progression. As a guild, our eyes are always on where we're going next, not where we've been. We move older content aside in favor of unkilled bosses and unfinished achievements, and push finished instances aside as soon as they're no longer worth completing for progression reasons. If your goal is to farm old instances or "easy mode" bosses, this is not the guild for you.

* A sense of humor. We're rough around the edges, largely uncensored, and critical of each other. We make jokes at each other's expense, and give out constructive criticism when mistakes are made for the good of the raid. If you are easily offended by such things, you will not feel at home here.

Ey Yo, Clarity is also on arthas -us we are currently ranked 20th US 10m and 57th Overall. We raid mon tue thurs 730pm-11pm we also will use wedensdays to help push progression if we need it.

Clarity is a tight knit guild of now 9 people in which we lost people due to staleness of the game. We are in need of a 10th member and our last DPS for MoP progression. During DS we took a "oh we'll kill when we kill it" due to our MT dieing IRL and the fact we had to recruit about 3-4 members to fill in spots after the FL nerfs drove members away from wow.

Now we are hoping to really get into progression and move up the ladder from 20th/57th to top 10/20. We hope you consider us!
