I look for help on pvp on those forums but i always come across threads with people constantly flaming and swearing at each other. The arguements are endless.

Should i follow any advice i read there? :S

Yeah but watch streams and look for your 3's comp on youtube. Teams at 2200+ post videos there and you can learn a lot. Arena Junkies is sort of meh at times. Check out skill capped free videos as well, They have class guides and such. Most high rated of x classes have a you tube where they post videos as well.
