Need to upgrade PSU and Graphics Card.

I currently have a NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 and a 128watt PSU. I have a PCIe slot and would like to upgrade these 2 to be able to play Diablo 3 on the low settings. Lets say the spending is $150 and below.

If you need my other specs let me know how to give it to you please.

Man if your wanting to upgrade, I suggest really going overkill compared to what you have now, I would go for a 750w power supply or more Corsair for the brand, and a GTX 550 or higher, preferably by EVGA. If you upgrade to a corsair 750w psu and an EVGA Gtx 550 Ti your computer would be like it just got a dose of super mega steroids.

Since it only has a 130W or so PSU, I'm wagering it's a low profile small form factor Acer/Gateway/eMachines PC or the like.

GTX 550 ti uses 110w of power. Absolutely 0 reason to have a 750w PSU for it. Total system consumption under maximum load would be under 300w.

The GT 430 mentioned earlier is a horrid card. It's not meant for gaming, it's meant for multimedia use. Go with something like this if your case is a standard size:

EDIT: Let me add that these will barely get you by. You desperately need a new CPU as well, which will also in turn force you to get a new motherboard, RAM, and possibly HDD/DVD drive.
