Coincidence that this expac is the first to offer a pet and mount? Blizz is desperate to keep subs. Luckily there is no other sub-based MMO out there so I keep paying...wait.....

And what exactly is wrong with giving goodies to attract people?

I am getting the ce, I put myself on the list when I got the ce wrath, so I'm on top. :-)

Hands down ugliest CE-Mount ever!

And yet at the same time it's also the best looking CE-Mount ever. Fact.

Because it's the only collectors edition mount so far... In the past there was only ever a companion pet.

I think both look pretty bad-ass. I especially love the color of the mount. I'm all about anything green and cool looking.

The companion pet is definitely underwhelming - I was hoping for a fire-breathing kimodo dragon. But the riding mount is absolutely hideous. A CE mount - for the amount of money they charge - should absolutely without question be a flying mount. I was really hoping for a CE version of the cloud serpent. These CE "rewards" are more likely to decide people not to buy the CE version rather than sell more copies.

I prefer something as cool as lil'deathwing, but hey, some people like cute so I guess we cant be just bad-(behind) all the time.

They had CE for a few days at the Bestbuy near me, don't see why you are on a list.
The mount is boring and the pet is really ugly.

He looks like he's using the Gryphon animation. If you liked the winged lion, you'll like this. If not, you're in the same boat I am.

pets alright nothing special really but then again im really not into pets, maybe a baby dragon or something maybe.. as for the mount, looks great i like it... and also liked the turtle one i saw... the turtle one is based on one of the coolest animals ive ever seen, the aligator snapping turtle.. cant wait to get these mounts.. nice job blizzard

We don't, however if I had to guess, I'd say flying, since they gave it the gryphon skeleton. It's weak logic, but it's about all we got.

Couldn't Blizzard make some better looking CE stuff ? Omg that Lion/Dog Pet is so freaking strange and that mount make me laugh at it like some kid did the textures omg

I'm still undecided concerning myself + MoP, but, if I decide to buy it I'm basically obligated in regards to buying a CE just for that mount.
