Nothing wrong with a minimum requirement because it can filter out a lot of people who aren't active on the forum and just want to apply in a for the moment decision. It's better for everyone this way

For the record, I've just lowered the requirements on class forums and some other less-active forums. If you were trying to apply before and found yourself ineligible, you may want to check again.

We are still looking for people who are active members of the forums they apply for, but I know that some of the discussion has died down a bit thanks to the current state of the game and waiting for the expansion.
