I'm looking for a set to Tmog my rogue too. Nothing too flashy, or too boring. It doesn't have to be tier, just obtainable. Currently im rocking Full tier 5 (Deathmantle) With 2x [Alysra's Razor] Heroic version, sorry for no screenshot WoW is being buggy right now.

There are a lot of really great rogue transmog ideas in this thread.
I use the site WoW Roleplay Gear a lot for ideas, too. Take a look through their Stylish Leather Sets page!
They also have a page with all the rogue tier sets and PvP sets that you could browse through.

Scouting garb is pretty awesome. It's not too flashy, but it's definitely a rogue-looking set.

I've always been partial to the Helm of Assassination. It's stylish, ninja-like, doesn't cover the entire head, and it isn't Cursed Vision of Sargeras.
