    The first kill was fine.
And as he attacked you the second was his own choice.

As you did not sit there camping him for ages, I see no problem with this. PvP happens on Pvp server, it even seamed like that one in a million fair fight of equal level characters one on one......

You can't tell me that you have never ganked someone just because he was standing there , or was dying from mobs anyway. It's part of the game, get over it. It's not that hard to get to 85, this isnt EQ. Reroll a PVE server with your diet cokes and purses nancy; let the real men drink our Dr. Peper 10 and sport our mustaches.
nope the last time i ganked some1 was when this mage wouldnt leave my pala alone hed help me kill my mob then kill me was kinda anoying he was lvl 70 and i was in sering gorge i logged anothe char and camped him for a bit he left

my only concern for wpvp in mop is that as soon as ppl start hitting lvl 90 they will camp the starting areas while flying and start camping ppl there which is just sad

...which should motivate people to band together and defend themselves, creating more tight-knit social server faction communities and kick people in the butt to level up and go bring the war to the other faction.

INB4 "but waaah my server is so unbalanced" - sneak around, level in BGs or dungeons or move to a PVE server if you want to be left alone. Or recruit people and roll in a group. Or just complain about it, your choice.

The OP was a feral druid and the opponent flying around was a shaman? I don't blame him for not fighting you. lol.

OT: I get this sometimes, most people are just jerks when it comes to ganking or WPvP. When it comes to WPvP though, a fair fight is never to be expected, the person with the first surprise attack usually wins if equal skill. Not to mention, a lot is determined by class and level. Just picking a frost mage against a melee in competitive PvP is bad enough let alone WPvP.

And don't get upset when you're attacked/killed because you asked for it.

Really looking forward to the massive qq in MoP with people getting ganked while trying to do their dailies at max level. Will be glorious.
Too bad all the top servers are pvp servers...

I don't mind world pvp if it's between players who are the same level; but being ganked by someone 30 levels above you while leveling is just stupid (not what happened in the OP's story but happens all the same), which is why I don't roll on pvp servers (for now).

PvP Realm > Gank who you must, Kill what you want. This isn't Home & Away.

problem with that is in some servers (atleast mine anyway) theres loads of ppl playing in this game that are guildless and possible friendless still lvlign their 1st char thats where i find that problem of mine

Yeah i play a feral druid. But if he was so nice to me to log his lvl 85, then i'm logging mine too.

If you log a 85 to kill a lower lvl, then you can expect a lvl 85 to take his place. It's that simple

Not sure if misunderstanding or not....
Anyway; he, the other player, shouldn't play on a pvp realm if he's too chicken to actually fight

New players have their own realm/server. If they want to play on a PvP server, so be it. But you know what can happen on it.

i understand but i hope u understand what im getting at and the new playes that i mean are the ones that quit any where from the beginning and middle of cata or even the new new pppl that started playing that didnt have to worry about ganking reach lvl 85 in say 2-3 week (depening on ppls pace). They will get camped by the sad lvl 90 of the other faction thta has nothing better than to hinder lvling and they may quit again from what ive seen on beta puting a lvl 90 against a lvl 85 is like putting a lvl 85 aganst a lvl 70

Things are just really imbalanced on beta right now, my 85 spriest nearly one-shotted an 85 paladin with my improved shadowfiend a few weeks ago.

I understand what you're saying and yeah, based on the damage I've seen on beta I agree.

Then, all of the sudden i get attacked by a shaman; i charge in, not looking at the lvl. Get killed. Sure, what they can, i can do too.

I log my druid, and what does the shaman do? Fly around, too scared to actually do something...

    A few minutes later, i get a /w from a rogue on the Horde side;

'Why are you such idiot, i'm trying to lvl my mage'.
    What the? Uhm ok?
So i reply ; why are you such coward, going on a 85 when you cant win evenly lvl

So he was in LFR gear, i was in pvp gear, so what?
I offered to go in PvE gear, but that wasn't ok either cause i was a 'op druid in almost full hc gear'
I am apparently then, a ass and pathetic for not letting people lvl. (I wasn't even the one who started to log lvl 85...)
Then he also starts to go all Grammar Nazi on me...

I usually attack a ally 2-3 times, then it's over for me, wether i win or lose. Then back to questing, it's that simple. But when people log a 85 to kill me, then that's sad...

Why??? Why go people play on a damn PvP realm if they can't help to do 1v1 equal lvl? It's not like im ganking on a lvl 85 >.<

You were justified. He attacked you the second time and still lost, and again when bringing his 85. If you had attacked him twice in a row, unprovoked, it would have been uncalled for, and extremely douchely.
