Prob not for 250 mill. Great str vit and res but low crit chance and crit damage.

The crit chance shat all over it. It has really nice str and it's a very solid amulet defensive-wise, plus bifecta is always good regardless of the low rolls but for 250m I think that might take a while, if at all. That's me though, I don't really deal with strength items and I guess I might be underestimating the sheer amount of barbs when compared to monks (what I play) and DHs which would definitely give it a bit more value at least.

The CC on that thing is pretty terribad is the only reason why other then that personally I don't think It's worth more then 150m itself

Hell I would be happy finding that and selling for 50mill.

I think the holdback is that it is a strength item meaning barb only and barbs using the fury generation on crit (WW and Throw) want at least 8% on their ammy. I know on my barb I put min 8% CC so would never find yours tbh.

Best item I've found, using it on my barb currently. Was my first legendary I got in inferno, took months for it to drop though playing on my monk. Could be better but it does the job.

Sold it for 120m. Too bad it didn't have a higher roll, the random property (stre/vita) was one of the best to get.

Yeah it isn't as terrible as it could be, and it has a socket, nearly 200 str, more than 10% life, crit chance, damage reduction.

I'd say it's good in my books.
