    Sketchy fps for wow.

Lo folks, i am here once again to test the sanity of those willing to help

Ok, so i can play skyrim etc with max graphics and the games run very smooth but when it comes to wow my fps is rather sketchy, i know wow uses more cpu or something but my cpu usage almost never seems to go over 50% whilst raiding in 25 man and yet at nearly max graphics i only have 15-25 fps on bosses in 25 man. My ram/cpu usage is low and my GPU usage also appears to be low.My pc is not great but with my usage so low it seems i am missing a trick somewhere. I will link my specs.

Is my CPU just too rubbish or maybe my catalyst version too new?, it's just bugging me that i play skyrim so nicely and yet strugle on wow, Btw changing the graphics settings makes almost no difference on wow. If you would like any other info let me know

Addons are usually the culprit if graphics settings make no difference. I always turned off recount for 25 man raiding. Even though I have a 4.2Ghz I7 920. Your CPU is getting dated as well, so you may want to look at upgrading your platform.

even S/I Bridge CPUs running at 4.8-5.0GHz struggle to maintain 60FPS in a 25 man on max graphics, on Ultrax LFR, most will get 48-55 FPS on ultra with everything maxxed

so i wouldn't consider 15-25 to be too bad considering your cpu

Less if your using High cpu usage addons like recount 35~ is the average good fps for ultrax, I see 49-55 usually but I have a very minimal UI.
