im looking at getting a computer put together personally cause im horrible when it comes to computer stuff i don't wanna screw it up i was wondering if anyone preferably from australia could help me out in what i should get for -:

Playing Guild wars 2 at the best possible quality for price as well as other games like DayZ, League of legends streaming/fraps, SC2, CoD series etc

my computer is currently horrible at any game with FPS issues in even league of legends/minecraft most probably cause it's nearly 4 years old.

my price range is 1000$-$1500

i can possibly get free ram sticks though.
