Unfortunately 2 of us own a PS3 and the other 2 Xbox 360 so console games are out of the picture.
As for DayZ, one of us can't run it.
We did play Borderlands, forgot to mention it in the list.
AS for L4D and F.E.A.R, we are kinda wondering how long those games will enjoy us. We are kinda looking for something to play for a while.

L4D2 has great re playability with all the game modes.
Killing Floor is very similar with a different edge
I still push Magicka because of the combo spell system makes it a shitton of fun.

I see, we are all downloading Blacklight Retribution ATM, but definately gonna look into L4D2 too.
And yet again, I forgot a game. We already played Magicka too and had a great time

Castle Crashers, for PS3 (I don't know if you can buy it on Xbox Live...).

Battlefield 3 is fun if you're into FPS games. Team Fortress is pretty cool too.

Edit: If you're into simulation type games, Civilization V is an awesomely fun nation building game. The combat aspect is largely handled by the software, but it's still fun from a planning perspective.

Dead Island can be quite fun in coop.
    Team Fortress 2 maybe ?

If you and your friends live close to each other you could play the Little Big Planet games. All four of you can play local and not have to deal with annoying split screens.

Warcraft III The Frozen Throne. It blows the 90% of most popular co-op games away.

Dungeon defenders pc game, pretty easy to run, variable difficulties, have to run through the game at least 5 times to get to the hardest difficulties, alot of extras, with PVP, capture the flag, special missions, and secrets to get.
