Seems the pally is carrying the other healers on the absorbs.

Corrupted Bloods (melee attack, i.e. agro) seem to be killing people a lot?
Everyone is taking a lot of damage from Burst, meaning someone is killing them

Noticed your Priest has Cunning of Cruel on and your Mage has the AoE DoT dagger. Proccs like that can hurt you.
First Tendon on the longest try:
Your Lock hit the tendon 1.295 seconds after the Hunter
Your Priest hit the tendon 1.511 seconds after the Hunter
Your Rogue hit the tendon 2.663 seconds after the Hunter
Your Mage hit the tendon 3.677 seconds after the Hunter
Improved on the second lift, but still a bit slow (priest 3sec behind the rest).
I should probably go do this for my own guild as we're stuck at the same place. >.>
Apart from dps issues discussed above (hitting the wrong stuff and not having macros to hit tendons the instant they expose) you need to look at damage taken.
-20 ticks of superheated nucleus in a 10 min attempt is too much damage taken. Either 9 stack amalgs are getting dps'd too slowly or you are rolling too slowly
-Your rogue took 66 ticks of damage from grasping tendrils in a 10 min attempt (he wasnt the worst). Unnecesary damage taken is baaad
-500k damage from fiery grip. Break it quicker
Theres obviously big things you have to do right. Kill amalgs quickly, get tendons dead, roll quickly etc. The fight will be a lot easier if you fix all the little things too, they add up bigtime.
