As for the black holes existing before Big Bang, not sure, we've been wrong on many things, rather get some definitive proof first.
they form a rock band that never takes off until one of the holes dies of a drug overdose..

Replacement Organs that are printable from your own DNA should be available within the next 20 - 30 years, as we've seen Blood Cells already made. The idea of replacing anything that breaks essentailly leads to a form of immortality, despite that the average human would kill themselves after that length of life...

The point is... You never know!

    Wait.... The Great Attractor? /gulps

I've not heard of that yet. >_>

For anyone wondering... we are 250 million light years from it and....

"The Great Attractor is pulling thousands of galaxies, including the Milky Way, towards itself. Its mass is tens of thousands of times greater than the Milky Way's."

I didn't feel insignificant, I don't feel insignificant, and no facts about the size of universe will change that feeling. There's quite literally nothing that could be more significant to me than myself.

That said, these sorts of things are amazing.

If you want to get as close as possible to feeling insignificant, do EXACTLY as i say: open the first link, mute it, set it to HD, let it run to 0:05 and pause it. Open the second video and immidiately pause it and set it to HD. Then start the first video again, start the second one, and go back to the first video and fullscreen it. The first video is the...well, video and the 2nd is audio.

No. It will expand, yes, but it won't reach Earth. It will be close, but it won't reach us, let alone all the planets.

As for the black holes existing before Big Bang, not sure, we've been wrong on many things, rather get some definitive proof first.
They orbit each other, as gravitationally-bound objects tend to do. If their event horizons cross, though, the area between the two holes' singularities theoretically rips time apart. Of course, one will inevitably consume the other if they cross even horizons.

Some black holes may have happened "before" the big bang. The black holes that hold galaxies together are far too large to have been made by single stars, and they must have been made pretty early since we don't see them form anymore (of course, I would consider "before" the Big Bang to be the first 300,000 years of existence which is behind the plasma wall of unseeing). Of course, the biggest of black holes are still a mystery as to how they formed, and that's just one possibility.

Actually this is false, when the Sun expands into a Red Giant, it will either consume the Earth or its gravity will pull the Earth in, but it will definitely take us down.

It's actually funny that people look at the end of the Sun's lifecycle, because the end is actually far closer for Earth and humans than it is for the Sun. The Sun is heating up and won't reach its peak temperature for another five hundred million or so years. By the time that happens, the Sun's immense heat will have quite thoroughly stripped the Earth of its atmosphere and water. Needlessly said, Earth will be quite the miserable little rock by the time the Sun consumes it (always assuming it doesn't get smashed to pieces, absorbed by the Sun, or blown up by people by then).

It's the plasma wall that we can't see through. We use radiation (X-Rays, microwaves, etc.) to "look" at space. There's a plasma wall that exists at the year 300,000 and before. There should be something about it on the page for the cosmic microwave background.

Or go through one of the many extinction cycles its seen in the past. Nonetheless, its hardly a concern for modern humans.

Certainly, an extremely good point, but the future I was pointing out was merely the effective end of the planet. There won't be anymore extinction cycles after the atmosphere is gone because the Earth won't be capable of sustaining life, but an extinction cycle is certainly more likely to be the end of humans than the end of Earth.

I think we will colonise something before anything dangerous happens. Well, it may not be a lot of people but i still doubt the human race will die out in any time frame that we might currently associate with civilisations.
