Metro 2033 crash help -_-

Hi, i just bough this game off of steam, and right after i downloaded it i tried to start it. BUT, everytime i finish the intro with the welding and the logos for hardware, i get a crash. its the Metro 2033 executable has stopped working, crash.
I tried to unplug my second monitor, but now i just get a black screen after i press start.

any help ?

tried it all XO! nothing has worked and it pisses me off to no end that they put a game up for sale and then there is a problem like this. And obviously its not a rare bug.

You need to go the the companys forums who made this game, as your most likely not going to find the help you need here.

I had the same problem when i tried the game on my old computer apparently my graphics card was to old for the game so that might be your problem.

with a GTX 670 i doubt its too old : /
