But what you're asking is at least 2-3 weeks of dev time that you would have to pull at least three people off of working on gameplay-related issues to work on a minor vanity thing.

Look, here's the thing: It really doesn't take that much time to tweak these skins. No it really doesn't. Yes, you would have to test them to make sure they are wrapping correctly, but we're not asking for brand new skins, just refinements to the ones we have. And they should have had proper faces to begin with.

You also have to factor in that if they did this, they would have to give the same options for every other race and each gender of every race, because you can't just give one race extra goodies and not the others.

Erm... but that's the problem. The other races already DO have this, they DO have distinct faces, and pandaren females don't. That's why we're so annoyed. They wouldn't have to go in and give everyone else... what they already have. Because they already have it.
