    Question on cookie cutter rotation.

    When EJ, other guides, say "Inq > CS > HoW > Exo [..]" etc. do they mean CS takes precedence over auto-procs like instant Exo or do they mean CS is a prio, unless you auto-proc those powerful abilities?

    Its not an example unfortunately,its the rotation exemplar has posted on the ret sticky.After he TC that haste is better than crit what did you expect...

    EJ's rotation is correct only if you somehow managed to go back to time and raid during t11...

    OK, I'm not surprised. It's that his tone was very trollish and I expect the worst in gameplay quality from such people.

    Realize that some people may be asking for the off spec of their 3rd alt, so you do nothing by implying they are bad.
