[HELP]Auctioneer Glitch/Bug

I recently started using Auctioneer for its realtime, resale, snatch, and arbitrage searches. When I use resale the same auctions keep showing up even though I, or someone else, had already bought them and they haven't been on the AH for hours.
As an example, someone posted [Reins of the Crimson Deathcharger] for X gold, which I had bought using realtime. When I use resale or snatch, both return [Reins of the Crimson Deathcharger] from the same poster I had bought it from, for the same price. It's been about 3 hours since I bought it.

Any ideas what is wrong? This is happening to about 100+ items, I can refresh and redo the search, but they keep showing up.

Hmm, I've been having the same problem on and off lately, where after a scan, some old Auctions keep showing up in the search tab and if I try to purchase them, it says the auction no longer exists.
