One Piece is actually the best anime of the "Big 3". (Mostly because it has the best fillers xD)

But that's just because of the abundance of stealth rock, which nearly neuters any ice/fire/flying/bug-types useless.

Remember, Vaporeon, Espeon and Jolteon are OU, so I see no problem why Flareon with Flame Charge couldn't at least be UU.

And concerning the big3: Never started Bleach, read Naruto online (nearly as good as One Piece, but the World War is reaaaally dragged out)
and I always hated the voice acting in the One Piece-anime.
My favourite character SHOULD NOT be voiced by a girl. period.
