Our local biggest electronic shop has MoP on pre-Order with release date 12.12.2012, don't know where they got this from

Customers of Shop C are pissed off and currently storming the place with torches and pitchforks.
Now that might not be you. But pre order rage is a real thing. (never working at a game place ever again!)

Huh, was it always needed to pay 2 months of gametime to get the raf mount? I've got loads of those mounts, but can't remember purchasing 2 months of gametime for all my raf accounts..

This is intended. Enhancement themselves do not benefit from it, but the rest of their raid does.

I still can't wrap my head around the release date. Everything (state of beta, HEROIC raid testing, now bnet) points at a release coming up "any day" by which I mean August easily, but there's still no announcement. And we pretty much know that they will take 2 months from the announcement to release which means late September at the earliest seeing it's already 17th. What the hell is the hold up...
