Jeeze, talk about procrastination. The rocket mount's been available for over two years now.

I don't see how that negates the fact that they upped the retirement date without telling anyone. I could have waited until 11:59pm that night to get it if I wanted. They're the ones in the wrong.

Well people had since beginning of Cataclysm to get the Rocket, there shouldn't be any complaining now, I really like the mount and thats why I waited for this mount.

Debating about procrastination is completely beside the point. The point is that people believed they still had some more time and decided that they did want the rocket after all. Except those people found out the hard way that it was no longer possible to do so because of a communication foul-up on Blizzard's end. It doesn't matter what the reasons or circumstances were behind said person waiting until the last day, the blame lies squarely with Blizzard.

I don't expect the company to give in and allow the affected people to get the mount, but poor communication is bad for PR. Just ask Wowhead.

For accuracy's sake, they did tell some people who had RaF'd and were still sitting on the mount via an updated e-mail. Just not everyone.

Am I the only one that can care less about the pet battles? reminds me too much of Pokemon (which is why I can care less about it) I can guarantee that I won't even try this when it is out.

Not the only one. If I wanted to play pokemon, I'd be playing pokemon, not wow. At least it doesn't have the potential to fuck up the real game like pvp does...
