Any plugin or method of either moving clouds higher or removing them entirely?

Hi, On my server I need to have a lot of tall buildings for the city I'm making however the clouds are far too low in my opinion and move through my buildings which is very annoying. Is there anyway I can move them higher or remove them? Possibly a plugin? I tried this one: http://www.curse.com/server-mods/minecraft/cloudheight but it does not work. It said its dependent on SpoutPlugin but I installed that and still does not work.

Doesn't Optifine have the option to? I believe it does and you should be playing with it anyway.

If you want to remove clouds there is no need for mods in video settings in the options menu there is a clouds on/off button.
