    insane crit on madness

    I just finished of draon soul and when we were killing the wing tentacle on kalecgos platform I had a 165k templars verdict crit But I can't figure out where it comes from. This crit was WITHOUT any cooldowns up, but some weeks ago I had a 209k crit with a full set of CDs up. Am I missing something about the fight?

    anyway, my normal crits are usually 100-116k with CDs up, can't see how 20% would increase it by almost 100k

    I'm sorry that I can't provide any WoL (I havn't uploaded in some time and now it's to big to open and edit

    It might have something to do with the fact that the Wing/Arm tentacles take 100% more damage once the aspect on that platform starts doing whatever cast it does on it.

    You should roll arcane mage. I regularly get chains of 200k crits on standard mobs that don't take increased dmg.

    "The Dragon Aspects assist in the fight against Deathwing. Each aspect channels Expose Weakness on their respective Limb Tentacle when Deathwing begins to cast Cataclysm. Expose Weakness increases the damage done to the Tentacle by 100%. Each Aspect also channels Concentration after the players destroy their respective tentacle, preventing the Aspect from assisting the players with their presence and their special powers. The Aspects resume assisting the players when Stage Two begins."

    If you were in LFR I believe it's 250% instead of 100%.

    Should try an arms warrior on Madness. Execute crits are never below 400k during Focused Assault. It's amazing (on any boss fight really) to watch your dps just start to skyrocket when execute phase comes around. The longer it is, the more dominant an arms war can be.

    Mind Blast can hit up to a 1mil, maybe more if fully geared with full procs.

    200k crits as dps is a joke, i do 200-300k execute crits as PROT WARRIOR ;p
    Highest arms crit so far has been 690k execute (with cd's up)

    LFR is fun too, did 519k execute and 290k Whirling Maw (Bonelink Fetish trinket proc) on madness yesterday. Without CDs.

    Execute phase is fun except when you don't get any crits during focused assault and your regular execute hits register higher than non-focused assault crits :/

    i don't have anything to prove but i crited 637k on bane of doom lfr...

    haunt + demon soul + cataclysm + potion + shadow embrace + 3 stacks of something i forgot (shadow bolt and haunt applies)

    arcane mages is where its at mine out of boredom with a firend was 850k+ on madness went from like 40k dps to 90k within a few casts lolol
