Beta keys are not locked to a region.
Curse that started that belief when they did their beta key release, but ArenaNet has since come out and said keys are not region locked.

mhh Great Idea to get your keys to those who need one, but next time it would be great if you just say you got x EU and x US keys, and those who contact you will get one - you can than write in the thhread what keys are allready out ^^;
I guess some tried every single on of them out XD
