Hopefully we'll all see each other here in 4 years time, talking about the Rio games and probably playing Blizzard's Titan at the same time. Maybe.

That'll be awesome man. I haven't played WoW for years, I quit that for good like 3 years ago, but I can't wait to Titan, because I know Blizzard are capable of making brilliant games. I'm hoping it's a three faction MMO, would be so sweet.

Hey, Slowpoke here actually has something to say. I didn't realize that Jeff Demps ran for the U.S. relay team. I mean, I knew he ran track and was one of the fastest people in college football, I just assumed that it didn't translate well to the scouts, which is why he went undrafted.

Hah it was the opposite for me, I knew he's run track for the U.S. for a while, didn't realize he was a pro/college football player. Only did I learn this yesterday when it was announced he signed with the Patriots. As a fan of both the Pats and track as a whole I'm excited for this.

You bet there will be a Winter Olympics thread. It's still a ways off but look for something similar to this in 2014. As for other global or regional sporting events I'll play it by ear. The next world cup is another event I personally plan to do something with. I'm sure Fengore will be on board for that as well. Nothing planned for the near future though. Maybe (and I stress that) the Pan Am games in 2015 since they're happening where I live, but that's also very far off and who knows where we'll all be.

No doubt, only about 19 months till the Winter Olympics. In some ways I like the Winter Olympics more than the Summer ones. Mostly because I'm certainly more of a cold weather type of guy then a warm weather one. Nothing like watching the Winter Olympics with your fire place on a nice hot cup of coffee in your hands when it's freezing cold outside. Gives you a feeling of cozy n' shit inside.
