They design these abilities with 90 weapons in mind, also keep in mind that mastery will scale with TD's damage output.

No ranged attacks of any sort apply Censure or proc seals anymore, only Crusader Strike and TV do.

Having WoG as ranged holy damage is awesome for PvP. Kite a melee class it's GG and even when a ranged class isn't in melee range and you pop CD's you can still hit them for a considerable amount of damage. I love it.
