Problem with standoffs for motherboard installation

Hey guys I'm about ready to drop my motherboard into my case on my very first build and I think I have an issue with the standoffs for it. I'm using a Corsair 650d case along with a ASrock Extreme4 motherboard. The motherboard has 7 holes for standoffs and one of which the case does not have a standoff for. Here are links to a couple pictures that show what I'm talking about.

I circled the hole in the motherboard that I don't have a standoff for and where the standoff should go in the case. So my question is... What do I do? haha :3

Long as the board doesn't come in contact with the case, you don't have to do anything.

I thought because there is a metallic ring around that hole that I need to have it on a standoff to ground it?

I usually only put in maybe 4 screws...one in each corner. There are probably 12 (or more!) screw holes in a typical motherboard lol. I haven't had any problems so far.
