There is no buyout feature on the BMAH.

Mounts, pets and lootcard stuff is all I'm getting. I don't transmog so T3 is pretty worthless to me. I bought a Goblin Weather Machine - Prototype 01-B

Assuming any of those are on there. I know the wind drake is. I doubt the Black/Plagued Proto's will ever be available. I would rather just have those reinstated.

Also is there a compressive list of the items/mounts found yet across all servers?

Alot more recent BMAH threads that would work.

But on topic, it is a TCG Pet, its epic, prolly pretty rare. But IT IS A PET. Its all your choice 47k is pretty steep for a pet and you don't know if you will win it at that price.
