Do all case fans come with a molex adapter?

Hello, I am looking to buy a new case fan to use as my front intake. I do not have an extra connector on my motherboard so I need to connect directly to my psu.
    I picked out this fan

It seems to be quite and powerful but it doesn't appear to say whether it has a molex adapter for the psu and until recently I have never needed to buy a case fan. In one of the pictures it appears to have the adapter but I need to be absolutely sure as I have a limited budget.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

No, they don't. Sometimes they have one but not always. I can't say anything about this one. Buy an adapter.
You generally don't want to plug fans directly to the PSU, since you can't control the fan speed. That's why fan controllers exist. This one seems pretty quiet though.

Taken from your link, Details tab at the bottom:

    "Package Contents
    COUGAR CF-V12HPB Cooling Fan

Small 4 to big 4pin adapter

    Tool-less fixed pins

    Screws"

Molex can be referred to as 4-pin connection.
