Discrete graphics means dedicated graphics card.

The 7660G is the integrated graphics processor found on the AMD Trinity A10 series of APUs. It's "discrete class" because the graphics performance is more in line with what you would get out of a dedicated GPU, rather than a traditional integrated graphics chip.

It is saying "the graphics are equal in class (i.e. performance) to a discrete HD 7660 graphics card"

You should be able to play most games on low-medium on 720-1080p resolutions.

It would have almost identical performance GPU wise. The CPU performance might be lower, depending on what CPU you have now.
