This is the highest I've seen in the several times I've used speedtest. Even at that speed it would take me a while to download a full game. If I could download a game in a couple of minutes or seconds instead of hours, I think that would be worth it.

Usually I find your upload is hit the worst if you're downloading something at the same time or anything like that.
