1. Does the blanket healing nerf (in pvp) affect their shields?
and
2. Does pvp power increase their shields (in pvp)?
(specified that I'm talking about pvp since someone was confused...)

I remember that it used to effect absorbs, so I think it would now.I think I remember a warlock metioning his sac void got hit by the nerf.

yes to both I can confirm unless you are shadow then only yes to the first one
