You do realize that neither of those items even have random properties, beyond a little low damage roll on the Azurewrath they are both like that by design hence not exceptionally bad in any way shape or form.

Well "Holy crap, a level 63 unique" kinda went out the window with 1.05 buffed drop rates...

Out of about 50-60 legendary items I had before I stopped playing for Rift expansion I think 2 where useful and 1 was worth something, lets just say the expectation for an item to be good just because it's legendary isn't there anymore.

Besides, if everyone posted their 'crap by design' legendarys here this thread would be very long very fast. :P

Which is another thing I really hate about legendaries in D3. A lot of them are terrible and worthless. The thrill of "OH SHIT A LEGENDARY DROPPED!1!" is completely ruined when you ID it and see it's some worthless piece of shit that is outperformed by a yellow item 2 iLvls lower.

Like, I remember finding a pair of legendary gloves, IDing them...something like +60 LoH, +200 thorns, +20 fire resist, +5% crit...no primary stats on them, just terribly-rolled secondary stats. A pair of blue gloves with +120 of a primary damage stat would be better than this heap of crap.

And why do Legendaries have really random stats in the first place? Sure, they should have a little bit of variance, but as it is right now, legendaries are nothing more than orange-texted Rares that always have the same stats on them.

I actually found six, count 'em, SIX legendaries yesterday.

2 Wizard Hats, 2 Wands, a set ring, and a Stormshield

The Stormshield had 18% chance to block.... >_<

The ring was part of the "Travelers" set or some shit. Only good thing on it was 12% run speed which at first sounds cool but then you notice it has Poison Res, Thorns, and Pick up Radius and NO Vit, Str, Int, or Dex....

One of the hats was an awful Storm Crow(I think is what it's called) hat and the other was something like the Black Mage hat. Both awful.






.....one of the wands is supposedly worth hundreds of millions though so I can't complain too much

Would been an ok item if it did not have that dexterity and had an actual useful stat instead, life on hit, increased crit damage or resistance and it would been better -.-
