An exploit working longer than a year, shall I say this is working as intend?

I found out about this recently from someone complaining on the official forums. I must say it's pretty brutal for the people without boa's & enchants.

It took me about 12 hours(including lvling) and 1k gold for gear/enchants.

I'm curious what makes you think they are twinks. Just because someone cares about their gear low level, doesn't make them a twink. I was in a 10-15 BG the other day with people who were still wearing the starting zone gear, complaining about people in heirlooms. It's not the same.

Gotta agree with this. The funny thing is, if you queue with Experience turned on and you turn it off you are booted out of queue. This works in the same fashion as if you level as well.

really all it takes is add a debuff to the player that turns off/on xp, which prevents him/her from turning it on/off again for a while
