    First time builder need advice/knowledge.

So I honestly have no idea what I'm looking at. I posted this in another tech forum and got this response, "i7 hyperthreading won't run games better than 3570K" and I have no idea what that means. Anyway, I'm looking to make a fairly strong PC, I'd like to be able to handle most recent games on max settings with no problems. SC2, GW2, D3, ect. So here is my newegg wishlist.

Will run current games at high/ultra.
Add in a 670, 7950 or 7970 instead of the 7850 to run games at ultra at even higher FPS (>60) for 100-150 dollars more.

Change the 7850 in my build to a 7970 and they will perform almost exactly the same.
