Why is it I cannot post pictures on here?

Whenever I post a picture (like a saying with a picture), I get reported with "Minor Spam" and sometimes banned (when it was never offensive).

Why ???

Most of the time It's because it has nothing really to do with the thread thus becoming spam, If you do have a problem with it contact an admin if I do suggest OP

And most pictures that people post are really ''Memeified'' which is a bad thing in the site
