There is no one best spot...it depends on how fast you can clear certain content. If you can farm Act II efficiently in MF gear but struggle to clear Act III in MF or regular gear...Act II is better for you more than likely.

If you can farm Act III in MF gear efficiently enough to get more ilvl 62+ drops per hour than quickly clearing Act II then that is the only time there's "one" clear cut best farming spot....namely Act III.

I've checked the link, it links to a google document form, you answer a few questions about magic find and farming and then you can see the results at the end.

pick siegebreaker kill, start from fort until azmodan, 350 mf without swaping takes ¬30-45min for a good geared wizard. that's my vote.

Auction house. Best farming spot by far.
Especially with people dumping good items cheap so they can pay for Mists of Pandaria via their Bnet account balance without incurring a 15% penalty for withdrawing funds.

The best was the resplendent chest right before Maghda you cant even argue for anything else that was the best spot by leaps and bounds. I mean 1 minute run in full MF to open a chest with 2-3 rares. People were making at least 3-5 mil an hour. Let me know where else people were clearing 5 mil an hour or hell even 3 mil for no effort and 0 chance at death. Gold Find Bots cant even do that.

Yea if you have 250+ mil in gear. But if people are looking for the best sport to farm its probably because they need upgrades and dont have near BiS MF gear. My wiz could hit 350 MF if I used a shield with 20% instead of a source and I can hardly do Act 2.

I do Act 1 with 340% MF including the stacks and follower. Festering Woods -> Cemetery -> Fields of Misery -> Cathedral -> Leorics Manor -> Halls of Agony -> Butcher. Sometimes I do Warrior's Rest runs since there is a checkpoint there and always an elite pack that I can down in a few seconds. No guaranteed rares though.

definitely act 3 if you are geared enough

    Will be missed ~
