Voted for Firelands. Because it was my favourite at the time. I also burnt out from it very very quickly, would have like to have had even a 2-3-4 boss raid in Vash'yr at the same time, would have split the theme nicely.

Lol, I can't really share all the hate for Rhyolith. Sure it was a very RNG heavy fight, but it was creative, I found it quite amusing and Mumble was always full of life during it

Bastion of Twilight. It had the two hardest bosses of that content tier (Ascendant Council and Sinestra) and arguably the third hardest (Cho'Gall). The fights in the zone were all fun, and the entire zone would have been seen in a different light if they hadn't over-nerfed Halfus early in the tier. Prior to that nerf, in 10man heroic specifically, Halfus was on par with in the end what ended up being about 6th in difficulty during that entire tier, and all of the 10man heroic guilds that managed to beat him prior to the nerf got the pleasure of beating a pretty grueling fight for that time given the gear issues in those weeks prior to the first week of February when the nerf came.

Firelands for me personally because it was just fun to me and my guild progressed through hardmodes super quickly

Firelands if you exclude Rhyolith, closely followed by BWD. BoT was good too. DS was craptastic and ToFW was meh beyond the awesome visuals IMO.

    Blackwing decent.
The only Raid which gave a feeling of actually be a raid with a Throne to conquer.

It's very close between BWD and Firelands, but I'll go with FL by a rag naros...

Sadly, only got to do DS and Firelands, since I got into a raiding guild late, but of the two, I would easily pick Firelands. DS was cool for story, but Firelands also had good story in it, plus great boss mechanics.

The only raid I felt was of "decent raid length" was Firelands. The place was basically a zone unto itself, and not just a bunch of hallways strung together. Plus, anyone that says Fireland mechanics were "boring" and "rehashes..." is really just hell-bent on bringing it down for non-existent reasons. All of the bosses were new models introduced in 4.2, (because all of a sudden everyone seems to care about that) and the place had a great deal of work put into it.

My next favorite would have to be blackwing descent. The bosses were cool, and the environment was awesome, but... it was too short. Too compact. Each of the bosses rooms should have come after a corridor of trash pertaining to each boss. For example, Maloriak would be at the end of an entire laboratory full of black dragonflight scientists and failed experiments, while Atramedes would be in a room after your raid pushes through an expansive ancient dwarven library, teaming with dark iron spirits. To me, BWD's "shortness" is what prevents it from greatness.

My next would have to be Throne of the Four winds. Interesting boss mechanics, and the area looks beautiful, but it could have used a little bit more in the way of a raid environment.

Fourth is Bastion of Twilight. The bosses aren't boring, but the environment sure is. They took a bad step backwards into the burning crusade raid design here of "generic hallway, generic room with boss, generic hallway, generic room with boss." None of the chambers "mean" anything, and the raid has no presence in the outer world.

Last would be Dragon Soul. While I don't actually hate the boss mechanics of the first six fights (again, anyone claiming they're all "rehashed" is just looking for something else they can shout at it,) the raid design is boring and the completely, on the spot, made-up bosses are rather meaningless. If anything, I'm saddened by Dragon Soul because of all the potential it, and Deathwing, held. It seems to lack the polish of the other Cataclysm raids, and even the ones in Mists of Pandaria from what I've seen.

EDIT: aaaaand I accidentally voted for Dragon Soul... Alright, if anyone is keeping a record, my vote was supposed to go to Firelands.
