So I know where the pvp armor vendors are, but does anyone know if there is a vendor for pve gear? Or do I just have to farm it from quests and dungeons

You no longer gain gear from valor I believe, though justice still offers gear.. not sure though. Reputation vendors offer a ton of epic gear. Some factions offer a new piece of epic gear starting at friendly all the way to exalted.

You can get gear from valor. Many of the rep quartermasters give gear for valor points.

I think i read it in a post. you will buy gear from JP and use Valor to upgrade your gear. (if u have JP pants and use Valor on it the stats will upgrade i think..)

There is Valor and Justice Quatermasters in Nuizao Temple, but currently they not selling anything

Valor and Justice vendors in Nuizao now selling same items as reputation vendors. So it seems that all items, you can buy for either points has reputation requirements.
