What are good tools for returning players to get back in the swing of pvp? If you played for years like I did then mmo-champ is just one of your daily trips to stay current with the game. I am having so much trouble finding info on what battlegroups are still relevant and where the action is happening. So where do you find information like this?

it really does not matter what realm you play on.rbgs are now cross server and regular bgs are the same.you will get matched up with others from outside of your battle group.but if you want to get serious about arena,then make sure you go to good server for arenas
most pvp servers have alot of each going on anyway.
