Computer crashing when gaming. Freezing, stuttering, crashing.

Hey there... so I'm in a bit of a pickle.

When I play games, my computer will freeze, then a second or two later the audio starts stuttering/looping, and it remains there until I hard-reset it or it resets itself.

So I have run OCCT v4.3.1 and it tells me "Core # over maximum value! Value reached: 89, Max Value: 85"

    I have read this thread.

and if it gives a solution to this, I must not have understood.

So far, it crashes when playing WoW and Orcs Must Die 2 and other 3D games.

I've got an Nvidia GTX 460M video card... I dunno if that helps or what. So basically, if anyone knows what to do, or how to make the "core maximum value" under the maximum value or whatever.... help would be really appreciated. If you have more questions about my spec, please feel free to ask... I dunno how to check my RAM or whatever, but I'm sure it's pretty easy to explain.

Thanks in advance, I'm getting so upset over this.

I'm on vacation right now, so don't know how well I can work on it, but I'll take it apart and see how much dust it looks like. I'll try and get a screenie of the report when I can. Thanks guys
