Personally, I love having a nice big beard, but I seem to get more flak for it than not, plus it takes away most chances at any job. =/

From what my wife tells me I have just he right amount of body hair. Enough to look like a man, but not enough to look like a gorilla.

Hair is good: pits/chest/stomach/lower arms/lower legs/crotch (trimmed)
Hair is bad: ass/back/shoulders/upper arms

(although I do put my foot down about that line of hair on the stomach that goes from the belly button to the pubic region. I love that bit of hair on a man for some reason).

Apparently I am rather disgusting to a lot of people, as the only places on my body below my neck which does NOT have hair is my palms and the bottoms of my feet. Although the only region I shave regularly is the crotch area. I prefer to have no hair there. And yes, my feet have hair on them, as do my toes and my fingers. Not a profuse amount to where my feet look like hobbit feet, but anywhere from 3-15 hairs on each finger and toe.

To be honest, I'm very skinny with quite pale skin...having a completely shaved body including arms and legs - in my opinion - looks waaaaay better in that case.
Especially because my body hair would be relatively dark.

I like my man to have some hair on him, but if they feel more comfortable shaving, I won't mind (much...). Personally, I have very light body hair, so the only thing I have to shave regularly are my pits. Otherwise, I shave when I feel like it.

i'm a guy and i'm fucking werewolf. doesn't bother me at all, except that i need to spend fucking 10 minutes cleaning the bathroom after every shower. MAJOR pain in the ass.

i might get rid of some excess hair one day, for practical purposes solely.

i like body hair on my partner. Beards are sexy too as long they are not longer then a half cm. (if it fits his face a longer beard is nice too, but not tooooo long :3 )

I'm not really a fan of hair, i prefer my guys without them. well armhair is okay it has something sexy ( not armpits )
but i mean chesthair and back/butt hair its quite a turn off. but it is something i could live with i guess, i just dont prefer it

I like men with hair, especially when they have a 5 ' clock shadow. I dislike men who don't have any. They remind me of teenagers who haven't gone through puberty yet. My ex thought he had too much hair, but I adored that about him.

I keep the meat and 2 veg in trim, the rest can grow as nature intended. I like girls who keep everything cleanly shaven though, a bit of a well trimmed garden lawn is fine, but I'm not into rainforests.

It highly depends on the person. There are some men with acceptable beards but I also know plenty of men that should never grow a beard because it just looks plain awful on them.

I prefer my men neatly groomed. Natural is okay for the most part, but if they have a back/chest carpet I am immediately turned off. Also not big on facial hair, though that depends largely on the guy. Usually it's spiky and not fun to kiss.

I think it's important to understand that shaving behaviors (and personal grooming in general) changes over time. I mean, take a look at what I quoted above. You say that you "obviously" like shaved legs/pits, as if it were some sort of universal truth. In reality, this is far from the truth. Look at porn form the 70s and even the 80s, for example. Most women aren't shaved to the degree you see today.

I think what we've seen over the last 2-3 years is that men are starting to be very much targeted by the beauty industry too. Just look at Axe commercials and such. Male grooming and male beauty are becoming "expectations" to an even greater degree.

Having said that, everyone has their own preferences. I'm a gay man myself and personally prefer chest hair on guys vs. the clean shaven look. But I have just as many friends (both male and female) who prefer the Adonis, clean-shaven look.

Some forms of body hair tend to be widely seen as "bad", though. Back hair, unibrows, etc, all tend to be seen that way. So it usually a safe bet to ditch them assuming you don't care either way.

Not really, as razors and wax is invented to remove/"cut" the hair. I too have hair on places I don't want it to grow, but a ladyfriend of mine is very good at waxing.

Not sure about you guys, but I love my girlfriend's hairy ass.

She used to get a lot of shit from other people back in high school (she has always been a bit hairy), they'd ask why she didn't shave her arms or something, why would you want to be so hairy, do you have a barbwire in your ass and other mean shit kids say. Thankfully she ignored them, and I get to enjoy her at her fullest.
