[Music] Mumford and Sons: Babel

This is super exciting news, and worthy of it's own thread for news, Mumford and Sons is releasing their sophomore album September 24th. After their first phenomenal album I am more excited about this than MoP (which I am also super pumped for) which comes out the day after. The album is called Babel and is able for pre-order, and is released September 24th.

Here is the first released single from the album which is currently out to be able to buy now.

Overall the song was okay, although definitely lacking in the folk aesthetic. Hopefully this album won't be like their debut, which was one great song and a collection of other songs that were the musical equivalent of eating cardboard.

In my personal opinion, The Cave, Dustbowl Dance, Little Lion Man, Thistles and Weeds and White Blank Page were all good. The rest did taste of cardboard.

Most the songs are ones they've already played live, I really want to hear a studio version of Broken Crown though, all the live versions have been recorded with pretty bad cameras.
